PIEDMONT SENIOR LEAGUE (13 –15 YO) FOR 2017
Piedmont Baseball is proud to announce that our 13-15 year old league will now compete in The Delaware Babe Ruth13-15yo Inter-League.
The inter-league will include teams from Newark National, Bear, Fox Point, CAL, Roberto Clemente and others.
All home games to be played in Hockessin at Piedmont’s Doyle Field, Prep Field, H.B. DuPont’s field and Thomas McKean’s High School Field.
Away games will be in Northern New Castle County.
Season to start in the middle of May and continue through the end of June. This will allow the players to complete their CYO, Middle School and most of their High School seasons.
Skill clinics will take place on Sunday’s throughout the season with specialized instruction in hitting, throwing, base running as well as logistics of play on the 60/90 baseball field.
Tournament team opportunities for 13, 14 and 15yo players.
It’s not travel ball, it’s the best alternate to develop your son’s playing abilities to allow them to continue playing in High School or our 16-18yo Big League Baseball.

PIEDMONT BIG LEAGUE (16-18 YO) LEAGUE FOR 2017
Ø For Players 16-18 years old (players age as of 4/30/2017). Players who turn 19 after 1/1/2017 are eligible.

Ø Piedmont plays in Delaware 16-18 Babe Ruth League, which also includes teams from Newark, Bear, Fox Point, CAL, and Elkton, MD.
Ø Locations – Doyle Field, HB DuPont Middle School, McKean HS, and other local area fields.
Ø 5 Piedmont teams with 13 players/team = 65 Piedmont players
Ø Ideal for summer league play for high school players/teams, college 18 YO freshman players, and other area 16-18 YO players looking for fun, competitive baseball.
Ø Piedmont’s Big League starts after high school play ends and goes through early July. In addition there is post-season Delaware tournament and All-Star team, which almost made World Series last year.
